Peaks Hotel Nanyuki: A Sustainability Success Story
Peaks Hotel didn’t wait to go green. They started green—and now enjoy lower costs, happier guests, and a reputation for doing right by the planet.
Building Green from the Ground up
In 2017, they committed to ECOCYCLE’s wastewater solution, breaking ground on a system that would turn sewage into a reusable water.
Where Every Drop Counts
In Nanyuki’s dry climate, water is precious. But thanks to their ECOCYCLE system (operational since July 2018), the hotel:
✔ Recycles 15,000 liters daily—keeping gardens lush and guests happy, even in harsh weather.
✔ wasted zero time (and zero water)—proving sustainability pays off from the start.
✔ Uses a compact footprint—just 27.88m² (0.007 acres).
