The Challenge
The development faced two major hurdles: no access to a sewer line, and proximity to a river. With a high volume of wastewater generated, the only alternative would have been frequent exhauster visits — costly, inconvenient, and disruptive to residents.

The Smart Solution
Ecocycle installed a sustainable wastewater treatment system that recycles sewage into reusable water. The treated water meets NEMA standards and is safely discharged into a Reno mattress, protecting the riverbank while easing residents’ daily lives.

The Project

• Design: Modular tank system in two phases, each serving 250 people (500 PAX total)
• Capacity: 75,000 liters recycled daily, supporting 80 homes (a mix of apartments and villas)
• Space efficiency: 15m x 8m (120m²) — just 0.03 acres
