The Challenge
For over a decade, the client relied on a traditional septic system. However, maintaining expansive lawns with potable water — especially during dry seasons — proved costly and unsustainable. Seeking an eco-friendly and cost-effective alternative, the client opted to upgrade to a system that would recycle all wastewater from the kitchen, toilets, laundry, sinks, and showers into reusable water.

The Solution
In 2014, the existing septic tank was repurposed as part of the system, with additional chambers constructed to accommodate Ecocycle’s advanced wastewater treatment design. By 2015, the fully operational Ecocycle Wastewater Treatment Plant was installed, transforming sewage into a reusable resource.
